Can I pick up my order?

Yes, I am happy for you to arrange a day and time to collect your order from my home in Sydney’s north west. The delivery cost will be deducted from your total once you have entered your email address and selected STORE PICK UP.

I also offer FREE delivery to customers residing in the Sydney Hills district - follow instructions above and then send me an email with your address details.

How long will my order take?

In most cases your pieces are made to order, so for baby items please allow 2 weeks for completion. I will do my best to fulfil any urgent orders if details are provided by email at the time of purchase.

Custom bunting and garlands may take longer but I will advise you of an estimated completion date at the time you place the order.

how do I care for my handmade pieces?

Bibs, burp cloths, wash cloths, scrunchies, bloomers and ‘bunny ears’ are machine washable, however it is recommended that you select a gentle wash. Cool to warm temperature setting is best.

Cold water is recommended for flannelette items.

Silicone teething rings are dishwasher safe to 65 degrees, however it is recommended that they are washed in mild soapy water and air dried.
